Clodagh Gill is a Solicitor in our Employment/Litigation team, providing expert advice to clients on a variety of contentious and non-contentious matters. These include Contracts of Employment, Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures, as well as proceedings before the Workplace Relations Commission and Labour Court.
She specializes in cases involving non-profit organisations, addressing claims related to Unfair Dismissals, Payment of Wages, Equality and Discrimination, Terms and Conditions of Employment, and Hours of Work. With a strong emphasis on managing contentious situations, Clodagh values alternative means of dispute resolution to prevent escalation into litigation. In non-contentious matters, she focuses on preventative measures that help employers manage risks, ensuring compliance with their legal obligations.
Having qualified as a solicitor in Ireland in 2017 and in England and Wales in 2018, Clodagh holds a Bachelor of Corporate Law degree and an LLB degree from the National University of Ireland, Galway.
