About Naomi Gardiner

Partner, Sherwin O’ Riordan.

Naomi Gardiner is a Partner in our Property and Probate Department.

She is based in our office in Ballsbridge and in Greystones, Co Wicklow so can meet her clients in either location. She over 15 years’ experience as a property solicitor. She was born and raised in Sandycove, Co Dublin and now lives in Greystones.

Naomi acts on behalf of vendors, purchasers, developers, and mortgagors at all stages of conveyancing transactions, involving second-hand and new-build residential and commercial properties. She also deals with issues such as buying out ground rents, first registrations, planning issues, rights of way, voluntary transfers, and family settlements. Naomi also has expertise in dealing with landlords and tenants in respect of long term and short-term leases.Naomi is an Honours graduate of University College Dublin and qualified as a solicitor in 2008. She worked in William Fry Solicitors and then set up her own General Practice and gained experience in litigation, employment law, debt collection and company law as well as property, probate and family law before moving to Augustus Cullen Law where she worked in the Property and Probate Department for over 5 years.She co-authored a book entitled “Health and Safety Law; A Guide for Small and Medium Businesses” in 2011 and is a member of the Health and Safety Lawyers Association, the Employment Law Association of Ireland, the Wicklow Solicitors Bar Association, the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association, the Irish Woman Lawyers Association and the Incorporated Law Society of Ireland.
